You see the price up front
You do not have to wait on a quote process. Every feature is included on every plan, archiving, a dedicated IP and a custom SLA among them. Only two things separate the plans: monthly email volume and the number of servers you can connect.
No feature is cut back by plan
You do not get fewer features because you chose a cheaper plan. Everything, including archiving, a dedicated IP and a custom SLA, is on the entry plan too, and the processing times and availability commitment are identical. What you pay for is capacity, not capability.
Inbound and outbound filtering
Spam, viruses and phishing are stopped on the inbound side; content analysis, blocklist protection and spam trap detection run on the outbound side.
AI-based phishing detection
Analysis that looks at a message’s structure and behaviour beyond known signatures. Bulk sending from compromised accounts is caught in the same layer.
Per-domain customer portal
Your customers see only the traffic, quarantine and records for their own domains. A large part of the support load never reaches you.
Delivery and reject records
The delivery or rejection of every inbound and outbound message is visible with a timestamp. The “my mail never arrived” discussion ends with a record.
Quarantine and retry
Rejected messages are held in quarantine. If your server is busy or returns an error, inbound mail is held and retried rather than lost.
Multi SMTP relay and reputation management
Outbound mail leaves through continuously monitored addresses, taking the risk of being blocklisted off you.
The plans side by side
You do not need to read the whole table: only the first two rows change from plan to plan. Every other row is identical across the three, and we left the table full-length to show it.

Questions about pricing
In which currency are the prices, and for what period?
Prices are in US dollars and are monthly. The plan fee is charged at the start of the period and no long-term commitment is required. If you prefer annual payment a discount applies; the rate and any terms specific to your business are agreed with the sales team.
What exactly is the difference between the plans?
Only two things: monthly email volume and the number of servers you can connect. Every feature exists on all three plans; nothing, including email archiving, a dedicated IP and a custom SLA, is cut back on the lower ones. Processing times, the availability commitment and reporting are the same on every plan too. In short, what you pay for is capacity, not capability.
How does the free trial work?
You can try it for fourteen days without giving a card. Setup consists of redirecting the MX record and changing your server’s outgoing mail setting; no mailbox is migrated and no user learns a new interface. If you do not continue at the end of the trial, you revert those same two settings and go back to your previous setup.
Can we install the service on our own servers?
Yes, a self-hosted model on your own infrastructure is available. It sits outside the plan price list and is assessed separately according to the scope of the deployment; just get in touch to discuss the terms.
Who is the contract and invoice relationship with?
Directly with MXGate. There is no reseller or partner layer in between; the contract, the invoice and the service level agreement are set up with you. That also leaves no doubt about who to talk to when something goes wrong.
Not sure which plan fits you?
Tell us how many domains you have, how many emails you send a month and which server you use, and we will work out the right plan together. You can try it for fourteen days without giving a card.
